Booking & Payments
What is your booking policy?
You can book directly online or by phone. A pre-payment of 30% of the total is required to guarantee the reservation. Some promotional rates may require full prepayment.
Is the Tourist Tax included in the price?
No. From 1 April to 31 October, the municipality of Sorrento charges €4 per person/night, paid on arrival (minors excluded). An ID is required upon arrival.
Check-in & Check-out
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM; check-out is before 10:00 AM.
I can't arrive by 3 PM — is that a problem?
Not at all. Check-in is fully digital via a smart lock code, so you can arrive any time after 3:00 PM with no issues.
Can we leave luggage after check-out?
Yes, you can leave your luggage at the building entrance after checking out.

Yes — fast, reliable and completely free in all rooms.
Is there a lift?
Yes, the building is equipped with a lift.
Is there a laundry service?
We don't offer one in-house, but a self-service laundrette is just 150 metres away.
Are the rooms non-smoking? Do you accept pets?
All rooms are strictly non-smoking. We love animals, but to ensure maximum comfort for all guests, we cannot accept pets.
Parking
Do you have private parking?
We don't have private parking, but the Ulisse and Stinga private car parks are 350 m away, at around €20/day. Scooter parking is available along Viale degli Aranci.
Getting Here
How do I get here from Naples Airport?
Take the Curreri bus directly to Sorrento, or take a bus/taxi to Naples Central Station (Piazza Garibaldi) and then the Circumvesuviana train to Sorrento — about 1 hour in total.
Is there an outdoor pool nearby?
We don't have a pool, but the Villa Maria and Ascot hotels, 50 m away, offer pool access for a day fee.
